Planning Checkpoints
Though many tasks need to be taken care of in planning your celebration, here are some we’ll work on together to make sure the food, the space, and more are planned well in advance to ensure the smooth execution of a beautiful event at First & Green.
We recommend completing the catering and bar planning first, so you know your costs. Then we suggest planning the venue details. We will be with you each step of the way.

Fill Out Questionnaires
If you want them, we can provide questionnaires about the kind of food and bar, if any, you want to offer. They can give you a place to start and to organize your thinking. We use them to draft a plan, which we call a Banquet Order, to share with you as we together turn your ideas into reality.

Catering, Equipment & Service Planning Call
We use this call to focus on finalizing your event’s food and bar menu and service plan. We can also meet in person, but in deference to busy schedules, we offer this video call option.

Layout & Decoration Planning Call
During this meeting, we’ll discuss your floor plan development - the number and types of of tables and chairs you want, an roughly where you want to put them. We can also talk abou your decorating plans.
